Kafka on the Shore

I just finished Kafka on the Shore, by Haruki Murakami. I highly recommend this one, although I'm not sure what to say about it's themes and plot. Both are complex, and I'm not entirely sure what the author is getting at. By the same token, I don't think Murakami himself knows exactly what everything in the book means.
I'm curious whether or not anyone else here has read this or any other of Murakami's books. If so, I'd love to hear the thoughts of our learned Grylliaders.

I utterly adored Norwegian Wood, but haven't read any of his others.

I wish I'd read that and liked it, just so I could have replied:

Isn't it good?
