I've kinda wanted to read this book, but now that Oprah has picked it, I might feel a little embarassed to be seen reading it.

Also, do you think she'll take Cormac McCarthy to task when she finds out that there hasn't been an apocalypse?

It's really too bad she didn't recommend Blood Meridian. I see tons of torpid housewives being driven insane by that book.
