Okay, so I asked this question on the Hey, Look at My Blog threads and, aside from David saying he didn't have a problem with doing it if folks wanted one and Jennifer agreeing it was a good idea, nobody spoke up. This is either because (1) nobody reads those threads (answering the age old philosophical question "If something is posted on the internet but nobody reads was it an even bigger waste of time?") (2) nobody cares, or (3) it was just too damned much trouble to answer the question.
Herewith, therefore, at least some sort of solution to Problem #3. What say ye?
