I ran across one of his ads today, so I was compelled to do a little sleuthing around by his anonymity; I think I've found a plausible physical location for him, or at least his business. Amusingly enough, that address appears to be basically a strip mall. Of course, it could just be a front, or even just a maildrop.

Don't you live close to Northwest Highway? I think the ones around White Rock have all closed, but there are still a bunch of strip malls over by Harry Hines and Northwest Highway that live up to their name.

I understand your frustration.
Around this office, some people refer to Wednesday as "Hump Day" but I've learned they're pretty much all talk and no action on that front.
