I voted "Stare Numbly And Giggle." Then again, that's my reaction to most things ever since the electro-shock here at the home.

I am now encouraged to exhaustively scour the intertubes in search of an animated Poindexter to incorporate as my Grylliade avatar. I do this not to spite Warren, but to buttress my claim as an obnoxious jerk.

Warren, you have no one to blame but yourself.

But I am an international man of mystery! A man with many faces, many identities! Also, a man with a short attention span and low boredom threshold. Anyway, as happy as I am with the high annoyance factor of my current avatar, I doubt it will last long.

I love it. It combines the stick figures of the "Good News for Modern Man" version of the bible with the hopeless repetitiveness of a platform game. Brilliant.

I do miss the Pooh bear though. I'm all in favor of variety, but he deserved a longer tenure.

I assumed this poll refers to the previous "bunch of people jumping around and possibly building something" avatar (which I thought was cool, BTW) rather than the current "probably a duck facing west but might be a bunny facing east" avatar, and have voted accordingly.

The new avatar is actually a famous picture within philosophical circles. (Admittedly, "famous among philosophers" is on a par with "tall for a pygmy.")
