A post over at GordonUnleashed reviewing Donderrooooo's shit list. Apparently, Steve made the list and referenced us as the repository for all things Donderoooooooo.
EDIT: Correct spelling of Mr. Gordon's first name.

Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
Did anyone else notice that Donderooooo has a complimentary quote from Ron Paul on his site, front page, above the fold? WTF?
EDIT: Not his site, his blog, see my post below for linky linkity.
"Hey, any chance to show off my eru — erudi — my book learnin'." - David L. Watkins
Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
I guess it's to show that "even dangerous mad kooks who are supported by Nazis and white supremacists like Eric Dondero!!!" Or something.
"My intellect is gigantic, monstrous, terrifying."
Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
Dangerman, on MainstreamLibertarian.com? Where?
Though, on same site, near the bottom is this gem:
"Still, though, being fat isn't some kind of moral failing. Unless you're fat from, like, eating the people you murder...then it's probably a moral failing of one sort or another." -- Timothy
Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
Here on the right, below the
animal abuse,Flag Desecration,Patriotic Display."Eric, your enthusiasm for liberty is infectious. Stay that way. Your help is deeply appreciated." -- US Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX)
"Hey, any chance to show off my eru — erudi — my book learnin'." - David L. Watkins
Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
Thank you Dangerman. I suspected that it was his blog and not the mainstreamlibertarian.com site but alas I cannot access blogspot from work.

Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
This is wonderful.
I just sent VM, Highnumber, and a couple other people at URKOBOLD(TM) (if I had their e-mail addresses handy) a note of congratulations upon Dondero's recognition of their important influence upon the libertarian movement. Specifically, I suggested that
needs to be included among their "Endorsements for URKOBOLD(TM)" citations.

Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
Who's Steven Gordon? He is clearly aware of the appropriate number of 'o's in the name of DONDEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!, so I assume he hangs out here and/or at H&R. Is this true, or is the proper spelling of the name infecting the blogosphere?
A parasite feeding on bacteria growing on fungus growing on cow excrement? The only way the parasitic chain could get any longer would be if the cow excrement worked for the government.

Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
In other words almost every prominent actual libertarian in the country. There's a few missing but it pretty much is a libertarian who's-who.
I must confess, if you love insanity, Donderooooooooooooooo is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
The funny thing is that Dondero seems to want to have a political label so badly that he feels he has to misappropriate one.
I mean, for Dondero libertarian is certainly out and Un-American Bed-Wetting Little Sissies is....well...I'm pretty sure all the Bed-Wetting Little Sissies in the world would considerate a real insult to be compared to him.
So, can anyone come up with an apt word for Eric Dondero's political philosophy?
Liberals believe government should take people's earnings to give to poor people. Conservatives disagree. They think government should confiscate people's earnings and give them to farmers and insolvent banks. The compelling issue to both conservatives and liberals is not whether it is legitimate for government to confiscate one's property to give to another, the debate is over the disposition of the pillage.

Re: Honored by Steven Gordon
Jake,
Steve Gordon is the current chair of the Libertarian Party of Alabama, and former political director of the national LP. Wikipedia entry here. I knew him as the cynical bastard on hammeroftruth.com but that blog has been defunct for a while.

Re: Honored by Stephen Gordon
Might the phrase we're looking for be "batshit insanity?"
Re: Honored by Stephen Gordon
Of course, you have to realize that I am a little upset at not making the list. If only I was a little more prominent and vocal as a LP activist I would have, you know.
Then you would have had to give me my due you little people. Yes, you would have.
Actually, the funny thing is that after my little bitchslapfest with Rittberg/Donderoooooo on H&R Gillespie asked me to be a friend on facebook. I'm not not sure if that was why, but it sure seemed cokindenkal and all, if ya know what I mean. Funny too, 'cause at the time I though I might be running afoul of H&R's abusive rules and all. Actually what I was running afoul of was the Lord's rules about the truth (the curse of being raised a Quaker arises here) but that's another story.

Isaac, you were doing the work of the ages. I was in awe and lolz.
However, Gillespie friended me around the same time, so I think he was just friending everybody he could find.

Re: Honored by Stephen Gordon
Thanks, Sandy. I was actually acting out a part and was hoping it would have some affect. Especially on Donderooooo, naturally.
You know I really have wondered what brought us to the attention of great one of the leather jacket too. Any ideas? Obviously neither of us is that special...no matter how much we wish it to be so.
