I'm sure that a bunch of you have seen this before, but I love it too much not to post it. Especially the "Where's your warrant, flatfoot?" part.
The only thing that's too bad is that the bad guy is stereotypically Mexican/I-talian.

Oh, I remember this- I think H&R posted this last year or so. I liked the corny charm, the very polished animation (but then, after the horror of the 60s through early 90s, any good animation is still striking to my eyes), and of course, the Evil Blue Hand of the State. :)
I don't see anything identifiably Mexican about the Ism guy, and I'm not sure how stereotypically Italian he's really supposed to be. He sounds more like the "slick huxter" stereotype than anything.

It was the zoot suit and slightly more olive-hued skin that tipped me off. I hope I'm just being hyper-sensitive, then this video is perfectly awesome!
