No, nothing funny at all. These are tears of sympathy.
This is a personal problem. There are very few personal problems that cannot be solved through a suitable use of high explosives. This is not one of those exceptions.

And here I thought the end was going to be predictable. Well, part of it was, but not the end end. Step 0, make sure your client has sufficient upper and lower body strength. Step -1, "but not enough to hurt you".
